DBL is pivoting to DBL 2.0, targeting 75% of profits from long-term assets (MDO, InvITs) by FY29. FY26 standalone revenue was ₹7,005 Cr (PAT ₹841 Cr); consolidated revenue ₹8,984 Cr (PAT ₹1,398 Cr). New orders hit ₹18,548 Cr, strengthening the ₹28,000 Cr order book. Coal MDO production reached 28.72 million metric tons, with a FY29 target of 57 million metric tons and revenue projected to grow to ₹4,000 Cr. DBL holds ₹1,600 Cr in InvIT units. A key focus is debt reduction, targeting ₹600-800 Cr reduction in FY27, aiming for net debt-free by FY28. Management remains confident in disciplined growth and cash generation.
