Datamatics Board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Revenue 1987 Cr, PAT 195 Cr. It proposed a final dividend of Rs 5/share. The Board also greenlit the merger of two subsidiaries and re-appointed CEO Rahul Kanodia for 5 years.
