IVP Ltd.'s board approved standalone financial results for Q4 & FY26, reporting annual profit of ₹18.68 Cr and revenue of ₹594.55 Cr. A ₹1.5/share final dividend was proposed. Statutory Auditors and two Independent Directors were also re-appointed.
