Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care’s board approved strong FY26 consolidated results: Total Income ₹2,125 Cr (+20.9% YoY), EBITDA ₹614 Cr (+22.2%), PAT ₹168 Cr (+52.4%). They also reallocated ₹14.88 Cr from IPO expenses to general corporate purposes & acquisitions, supporting growth with 57 new facilities this year.
