ICRA announced strong Q4 FY2026 results: Revenue up 28.4% to ₹174.9 Cr, and PBT at ₹72.8 Cr. Full-year revenue rose 20.4% to ₹599.5 Cr, PBT up 10.0% to ₹257.4 Cr. Dividend declared: ₹105/share (including ₹35 special). Fintellix acquisition boosted Research & Analytics.
