Happy Forgings Limited — PPTs, 21-05-2026: Investor Presentation
Happy Forgings reported a strong Q4 and record FY26 performance. Q4 revenue grew 20.4% YoY to 424 Cr, with PAT increasing 23.6% to 84 Cr. For the full year, revenue reached 1,546 Cr (+9.8% YoY) and PAT hit 302 Cr (+12.8% YoY), marking the company's highest-ever annual profitability. EBITDA margin expanded to 30.4% for FY26.
The company is rapidly transforming into a high-precision engineering firm, with forged and machined components now contributing 89% of revenue. Key growth drivers include ongoing capacity expansion, especially in heavy component forging, with new facilities expected in FY27. These will target higher-weight segments (250-3,000 kg) for industrial and farm equipment. The 10,000-ton press was commissioned in Q4FY26.
Management anticipates continued growth beyond historical trends, backed by strong order visibility and increasing export opportunities. They expect manageable margin impacts due to raw material pass-through arrangements. A robust balance sheet with approximately 430 Cr in liquidity supports future expansion plans.
