OCCL Ltd. reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 149 Cr & net profit of Rs 19.35 Cr. For FY26, revenue hit Rs 505.9 Cr & net profit Rs 27.71 Cr. Board proposed a final dividend of Rs 1.80/share and re-appointed its Cost Auditor.
