Centrum Capital's board approved FY26 consolidated financials: Revenue ₹4,127 Cr, EBITDA ₹1,662 Cr. Standalone Q4/FY26 PAT was ₹162 Cr / ₹101 Cr. They also greenlit fundraising up to ₹1000 Cr via NCDs and another ₹1000 Cr through equity. Statutory auditors were re-appointed.
