ICRA's Board approved consolidated financial results for Q4 & year ended March 31, 2026, with FY26 revenue at Rs 599.51 Cr & PAT at Rs 182.53 Cr. A final dividend of Rs 105/share (incl. Rs 35 special dividend) was proposed. The acquisition of Fintellix for Rs 249.06 Cr was completed.
