VST Tillers Tractors posted strong FY26 results: revenue up 25% to INR 1,240 Cr, operational EBITDA margin at 13.4%. Q4 revenue grew 9% to INR 328 Cr. FY26 operational PAT (excl. fair value changes) was INR 113 Cr. Power tiller sales soared 35% to 50,332 units, and domestic tractors rose 18.6%.

Management sees good demand but notes inflation and monsoon risks. Despite macro caution, Project Chatrapati, FENTM tractors, and planned electric weeders aim for sustained growth. FY27 Zetor sales target 1,000 units. The company expects 12-14% EBITDA margins and is looking at inorganic opportunities.
