VA Tech Wabag's Board approved robust FY26 consolidated results: Revenue ₹3944.2 Cr (+20% YoY), PAT ₹370.5 Cr (+26%). A final dividend of ₹5.00/share was proposed. With ₹17200 Cr+ order book & 6th net cash positive year, WABAG shows strong growth.
