Max Healthcare's Q4 revenue grew 10% to ₹2,664 Cr, EBITDA rose 8% to ₹682 Cr, and PAT increased 3% to ₹387 Cr. The company commissioned ~20% brownfield capacity, acquired Kalinga Hospital (250 beds), and approved a ₹1,400 Cr greenfield hospital in Lucknow. A ₹2/share dividend was proposed.
