Honasa's Board has approved consolidated FY26 results: revenue at ₹2,392 Cr, PAT at ₹200 Cr. A maiden final dividend of ₹3/- per share was announced. The company also acquired 95% stake in BTM Ventures for ~₹198 Cr.
