Max Healthcare Institute Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 21-05-2026: Dividend

MAXHEALTH: Company has proposed a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share (20% of face value) for FY2025-26. Payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM and will be disbursed within 30 days thereafter.

Board also approved financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. A significant expansion is underway with Phase-I construction of Max Super Specialty Hospital in Lucknow, adding ~712 beds at a ₹1,400 Cr investment. Other approvals cover re-appointment of cost auditors, a director, and re-classification of Radiant Life Care Hospital Foundation.
