GMM Pfaudler's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results. Q4 Revenue at ₹943.55 Cr, FY Revenue at ₹3,623.94 Cr. Q4 Profit at ₹17.18 Cr, FY Profit at ₹57.82 Cr. They suggested a ₹1 final dividend (total ₹2/share for FY26). Gregory Gelhaus is the new Group CEO.
