ITC Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 21-05-2026: Dividend

ITC's board has put forward a final dividend of ₹ 8 per share for FY26. This, combined with the earlier interim dividend of ₹ 6.50, brings the total shareholder payout for the year to ₹ 14.50 per share. The company has set May 27 as the record date. If approved by shareholders at the AGM, the dividend will be disbursed between July 24 and July 29. The board also approved the financial results for the quarter and full year ended March 31.
