ITC's board approved audited full-year consolidated financial results, with profit hitting ₹21018.15 Cr. A final dividend of ₹8/share was proposed, taking total FY26 payout to ₹14.50/share. Re-appointment of Mr. Hemant Bhargava as Independent Director also endorsed.
