Century Enka's board approved FY26 consolidated results: PAT at Rs 100.84 Cr, EPS Rs 46.15. A dividend of Rs 11/share (110%) was proposed. M/s. Singhi & Co. named new auditors, and Mr. Suresh Sodani redesignated MD & CEO.
