MANINDS' wholly-owned subsidiary acquired 100% equity in NPC, a leading, profit-making, and debt-free manufacturer of HSAW & LSAW pipes, known for its strong order book from major clients like Saudi Aramco and Kuwait Oil Company (KOC).
