Xchanging Solutions reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 202.92 Cr & profit of Rs 59.45 Cr. Q4 profit was Rs 16.24 Cr. The board proposed an INR 2/share final dividend. It also re-appointed a Whole Time Director and appointed new statutory auditors.
