AGI Infra resubmitted financial results, correcting Q4 FY25 EPS to ₹1.29. FY26 consolidated revenue rose to ₹352.54 Cr, profit hit ₹94.86 Cr (EPS ₹7.76). Company raised ₹75 Cr via QIP, deploying part funds in projects. Also acquired 60% of WorldNext Realty LLP. A final dividend of Re 0.20/share was announced.
