Jaiprakash Associates has entered agreements to sell its 180 MW thermal power plant, stake in Prayagraj Power, JPVL, and Jaypee Fertilizers to Adani Power and Adani Ports. Total consideration from these asset sales is approximately INR 5,694 Cr, implementing its resolution plan.
