Adani Power finalized agreements to acquire 24% of Jaiprakash Power Ventures (JPVL) shares and JAL's 180 MW Churk thermal power plant including 11.49% of Prayagraj Power Generation shares. The all-cash deal is valued at approximately ₹4,193.59 Cr, strengthening its power generation business.
