Anand Rathi Wealth's AGM approved a total FY26 dividend of Rs. 13 per share (Rs. 49.81 Cr interim + Rs. 58.11 Cr final). Shareholders also cleared a 1:1 bonus share issue and doubled authorized share capital from Rs. 50 Cr to Rs. 100 Cr, paving the way for future growth.
