Prestige Estates Projects approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with consolidated net profit at Rs 1195.5 Cr. A final dividend of Rs 2/share was proposed. They also cleared raising up to Rs 2,000 Cr via NCDs & redesignated Ms. Uzma Irfan as Whole-Time Director.
