Prestige Estates Projects has approved financial results for Q4 & FY26, posting a full-year consolidated net profit of Rs. 1,305.4 Cr. The board also proposed a Rs. 2/share final dividend, approved raising up to Rs. 2,000 Cr via NCDs, and redesignated Ms. Uzma Irfan as Whole-Time Director for five years.
