Bikaji's board approved key growth initiatives: a $50 Lakh USD investment for a USA manufacturing plant, 74% stake acquisition in JBDSPL for ₹1.48 Lakh to boost Chhattisgarh presence, ₹5 Cr into Bikaji Bakes for bakery products, and a ₹5 Cr loan for Dadiji Snacks. Corporate guarantees totaling ₹64 Cr also okayed.
