SHAH METACORP has announced a Rights Issue to raise up to ₹49.80 Cr, offering 102.47 million shares at ₹4.86 each. The Record Date is May 27, 2026. Only shareholders holding SHAH shares on this date will be eligible for the Rights Entitlement. They can subscribe to 36 new shares for every 311 shares already owned. The Issue opens June 11 and closes June 24.
