SWELECT Energy Systems delivered annual consolidated net profit of Rs 57.58 Cr (EPS Rs 36.40) & Q4 net profit of Rs 11.09 Cr (EPS Rs 6.73). Board proposed a final dividend of Rs 3.50/share. The company also expanded its group with new subsidiaries/JVs.
