Info Edge's standalone Q4 revenue grew 17% to Rs 805.1 Cr; operating profit rose 39% to Rs 322.7 Cr. FY26 revenue reached Rs 3,052 Cr. A Rs 3.60/share final dividend was proposed. The company also acquired Aisle, plans Shopkirana divestment, transferred Agstack to Unnati, and underwent a 1:5 stock split.
