Mobikwik's board approved including Payment Aggregator operations in its charter. They also greenlit transferring the LSP business (FY26 revenue ~261 Cr) to a subsidiary, a pre-condition for another unit's NBFC license. IPO fund usage changes were also approved, pending shareholder vote.
