Remsons Industries' Board approved Q4/FY26 consolidated financial results, with FY26 net profit at 18.05 Cr on 468.11 Cr revenue. The Board proposed a Re. 0.10 dividend per share and greenlit a new ESOP 2026 for 1 lakh equity shares. Acquisitions of ATIPL for 10 Cr and RETPL for 0.07 Cr were also approved.
