Paisalo Digital's promoter group, including Mr. Sunil Purushottanm Agarwal, Mr. Santanu Agarwal, Pro Fitcch Pvt. Ltd., Pri Caf Pvt. Ltd., and Equilibrated Venture Cflow Pvt. Ltd., has seen significant activity in pledged shares. Approximately 70 lakh (0.77%) shares were unpledged between April and early May. However, around 1.06 Cr (1.17%) shares were newly pledged by various promoter entities in mid-May.

These recent pledges, primarily for availing margin trading facilities, result in a net increase of about 36.38 lakh (0.40%) shares under promoter pledge. The company clarified that these pledges do not involve any transfer of ownership or control of shares. Investors often track promoter pledging levels as it indicates the extent to which promoter holdings are used as collateral.
