3M India's Board approved strong FY26 financial results, with sales growing ~14.5% to Rs 5,090 Cr and PAT up ~9.7% to Rs 522 Cr. A Rs 506/share dividend was proposed. Ms. Kavita Nair was appointed as an Independent Director, and Mr. M D Ranganath became Chairman.
