Almondz Global Securities' board approved audited financial results for Q4 & FY26. Consolidated net profit for the year reached ₹28.72 Cr. The board also appointed Mr. Rajeev Kumar as Whole-time Director & CFO, and re-designated Ms. Neelu Jain as Independent Director.
