Star Cement's Board approved FY26 consolidated financial results, reporting ₹390.46 Cr PAT. Prem Kumar Bhajanka is now Vice Chairman & MD, and Tushar Bhajanka assumes MD & CEO role, re-appointed for 3 years. Subsidiary SCNEL commenced 2 MTPA cement production at its Silchar unit.
