Yasho Industries delivered resilient Q4 and FY26 financial results despite a challenging global specialty chemicals environment. Q4 revenue grew 33% year-on-year to INR246.72 Cr, with FY26 consolidated revenue reaching INR830 Cr (+22.7%). FY26 EBITDA margin improved to 17.4%, supported by 33% volume growth, product mix, and cost optimization.

Management targets INR1,500 Cr revenue by FY28, driven by achieving over 85-90% asset utilization and new project commercialization. They anticipate FY27 plant utilization to surpass 75% (from over 60%), which should expand EBITDA margins to approximately 20%. A 15-year long-term agreement enhances future revenue visibility, with INR51.4 Cr advance funding already received. FY27 capex of INR125 Cr is planned for Pakhajan, fully funded through internal accruals to launch new products and expand capacity.

The company faces strong competition from Chinese suppliers and global supply chain delays but remains optimistic about volume growth, targeting 35-45% in FY27. Strategic focus includes performance chemicals, new chemistries, and penetrating new markets like Asia and the Americas. Management expresses a confident outlook on growth and leveraging R&D, while aiming to reduce debt-to-EBITDA to 2.5x.
