Minda Corp reported record Q4 revenue of Rs. 1,704 Cr (+29% YoY) and FY26 revenue of Rs. 6,185 Cr (+22.3% YoY). FY26 PAT reached Rs. 358 Cr. Strategic JVs with Toyodenso (switches) and Turntide (EV powertrain) strengthen its technology roadmap. Board proposed a Rs. 0.80/share final dividend.
