South Indian Bank allotted 26,996 new equity shares to employees via ESOS at prices from Rs. 20.00-27.14. This brings in Rs. 559,664 in fresh capital. The bank's total shares outstanding now stand at ~26.18 Cr equity shares of Re. 1 each.
