Manomay Tex India's Q4FY26 revenue hit Rs 204.87 Cr, up almost 14% YoY. Full-year revenue reached Rs 712.22 Cr, a 2% rise. Net profit in Q4 surged 50% YoY to Rs 4.99 Cr, with annual profit at Rs 19.64 Cr (up 2%). EPS for Q4 was Rs 2.77, annual at Rs 10.88.

Lower material and employee costs notably boosted quarterly profitability. Strategically, the company acquired a 26% stake in LOV SMART RJ-1 for Rs 3.12 Cr, securing 13.65 MW captive renewable energy for long-term cost efficiency. A Rs 3.27 Cr capital subsidy was also received. These results reflect strong operational momentum, complemented by a strategic move towards sustainable energy sourcing.
