Nimbus Projects has signed an MoU with M/s Kaamag and M/s Maayins Real Estate for a joint development project on 25 acres near Vrindavan, Mathura. The company will pay an upfront INR 20 Cr and an additional INR 10 Cr deposit. This 50:50 revenue-sharing model will see Nimbus handle approvals, development, and marketing for residential and commercial units. This move expands the company's real estate footprint in a significant religious tourism hub, contingent on due diligence and final agreements.
