Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd. approved Q4 & FY26 results. Q4 Net Sales grew 9% to Rs. 1,583 Cr, Net Profit (ex-one-offs) up 9% to Rs. 353 Cr. Declared Rs. 24/share dividend (total Rs. 48 for FY26). The board also approved re-appointment of Mr. Jacob S. Madukkakuzy as Whole-time Director & CFO.
