Torrent Pharma's board approved Q4 & FY26 results. Q4 consolidated revenue hit ₹4,197 Cr (+42%), PAT ₹364 Cr. FY26 revenue stood at ₹13,980 Cr (+21%), PAT ₹2,138 Cr. A ₹9 final dividend and plans to seek shareholder nod for raising up to ₹5,000 Cr were also approved.
