Manomay Tex reported FY26 net profit of 19.64 Cr on 710.70 Cr revenue. It will acquire 26% of LOV SMART RJ-1 Private Ltd for 3.12 Cr to secure 13.65 MW renewable energy. Received 3.27 Cr capital subsidy.
