Indobell Insulations' board has approved the audited financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified audit opinion. The company announced no dividend payment for FY 2025-2026. Mayank Burman has been appointed as CEO, effective June 1, 2026. The board also reappointed Basu Chatterjea & Co. as Internal Auditors until May 30, 2027. Additionally, there was no deviation in public issue fund utilization, with 0.41 crore designated for capital expenditure currently unutilized and held in a fixed deposit.
