Sindhu Trade Links has announced a board meeting where it approved increasing authorized capital to INR 196 Cr. It also greenlit acquiring Advent Coal Resources (INR 697.06 Cr) and Sainik Mining (INR 225.45 Cr) through a share swap to consolidate assets. Shareholders vote June 18.
