Latteys Industries' board approved consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY26. Q4 Net Profit was ₹1.39 Cr (FY26: ₹3.56 Cr) on Revenue of ₹38.91 Cr (FY26: ₹116.88 Cr). The company also noted its subsidiary, Latteys Electricals, ceased to be a subsidiary in January 2026.
