Kolte-Patil Developers' board approved the consolidated financial results for the year ending March 31, 2026, showing revenue of ₹1,717.38 Cr and a net loss of ₹38.08 Cr. They also approved merging two wholly-owned subsidiaries and extending the utilization period for ₹417.03 Cr QIP proceeds. Re-appointment of an Independent Director and new senior management were also approved.
