Aelea Commodities' board approved financial results for FY26. Consolidated net profit for the year stood at Rs 21.32 Cr (standalone Rs 21.19 Cr). Mr. Gopal Krishan Sood was also appointed as an Additional Independent Director, pending shareholder approval.
