Kolte-Patil reported record Q4 collections of Rs. 834 Cr and FY26 collections of Rs. 2,689 Cr. FY26 pre-sales were Rs. 2,605 Cr. Blackstone acquired a 40% stake. New projects adding ~3 Mn. Sq. Ft. (~Rs. 2,250 Cr GDV) were added to the ~37 Mn. Sq. Ft. portfolio.
